Participants may submit two types of contributions:
- Papers, in standard article format, reserved for scientific reports.
- Posters, in shorter format, which are more appropriate for other scientific contributions (research issues, interim results, new theses, etc), case studies, presentations of personal experiences, positions or thoughts, and institutional presentations. Posters are thus open to a wider audience: scientists, fair trade operators, firms and administrations.
Contributors wishing to submit a paper should first supply a five-page detailed abstract setting out the issue, methodology or approach, main results and a bibliography.
Those wishing to submit a poster should supply a one-page abstract.
These abstracts should be sent via the conference website between 1 October and 15 November 2007.
To facilitate assessment, authors should state when they send their abstract under which topic they wish to submit their contribution:
This list of topics and the terms used are not final.
Abstracts will be examined by the Scientific Committee, with the help of anonymous assessors. Authors will be notified of acceptance, comments on or rejection of their contribution by 31 December 2007 at the latest.
Authors will then have three months to finalize their article or poster. Their final version should be submitted via the conference website by 31 March 2008 at the latest, or their contributions will not be included in the conference programme.
15 November 2007: last date for submission of abstracts
31 December 2007: last date for reply from assessors
31 March 2008: last date for submission of final contributions
